1. Slice a quarter off larger end of each egg. Cut a small piece off opposite end of egg to stand up.
2. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
3. Mash yolks with fork and stir in mayonnaise, 3/4 of bacon bits, mustard, relish and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chop up eight pieces of shrimp and stir into mixture.
5. Fill eggs with mixture and garnish with remaining whole shrimp, bacon bits and chives.
6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
