Asian Vietnamese Pork Sandwich

This Vietnamese-style sandwich is a delicious combination of pulled pork, carrots, radishes, cucumbers and cilantro.


Ingredients and Steps


2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup each shredded carrot and sliced radish
1/2 pkg Pulled Pork (427), thawed
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
4 New York Style Kaiser Roll (920), thawed and sliced


1. Combine vinegar and sugar.

2. Pickle carrots and radish in vinegar mixture, let sit for at least 15 minutes; drain.

3. Heat pork with hoisin sauce according to package direction.

4. Spread mayo over bun and top with pork and cucumbers.

5. Top with pickled vegetables and fresh herbs.

Tip: Serve with hot sauce, or try mixing a few drops into your mayonnaise!
