Ingredients and Steps


1 seedless cucumber, sliced into half moons
1 lg tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red or green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar


1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip: Add some extra cayenne or red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
