Steps
1. Cook blueberries, lemon juice and sugar over medium-low heat until boiling.
2. Stir together corn starch and water. Mix with blueberries until slightly thickened.
3. Remove from heat and cool.
4. Layer yogurt, crackers, curd, and blueberry sauce into jars or glasses.
5. Top with almonds and serve.
