1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Arrange ¼ pkg of chips on an oven safe dish.
3. Top with ½ of the meal kit, corn, black olives and cheese.
4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and bake 10 – 12 minutes.
5. Garnish with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
Tip: Add a little spice with some sliced jalapenos or other hot pepper.
