Black Jack Cherry Ice Cream (362) or Triple Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream (261), frozen

vanilla or cream cheese frosting

assorted candies for decorating

Steps
1. Prepare cake mix using cupcake instructions.
2. Cut center out of cooled cupcakes.
3. Fill with ice cream to top of cupcake.
4. Top with frosting and decorate as desired.
6. Freeze until ready to serve.
Tip: Crumble scooped out cake and use to decorate cupcakes.
