Cavatappi with Sausage and Roasted Peppers

Ingredients and Steps


3/4 lb hot or sweet bulk Italian sausage
1 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
2 cups Roasted Peppers and Onions (761), frozen

1 tray Creamy Marinara with Cavatappi Pasta (550), thawed

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

2. Sauté sausage in large skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

3. Stir in garlic, peppers and onions then cook an additional 3 minutes.

4. Mix in Cavatappi and pour into casserole dish.

5. Cover with foil then bake for 35-40 minutes.

6. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with cheese and serve.
