1. Combine chicken, teriyaki, pineapple and onion in small (2-4 qt) slow-cooker.
2. Cook on low for 3 hours.
3. Slice baguette in half and then cut lengthwise.
4. Place open-faced on baking tray.
5. Top with cheese, chicken mixture and green onions.
6. Broil in oven 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
