1. Combine pork and cranberries in small (2-4 qt) slow-cooker.
2. Cook on low for 3 hours
3. Cut bread in half and slice lengthwise.
4. Place open-face on baking tray.
5. Top with cranberry sauce, pork, sliced apples and cheese.
6. Broil in oven 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
