1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
3. Mix together orange juice, soy, butter, oil and lemon juice in shallow bowl.
4. Dip fillets in orange juice mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
5. Place on baking tray coated with non-stick cooking spray.
6. Bake 25-35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
