1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Prepare lasagna rolls using micro preparation instructions.
3. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and sauté over medium-high heat until crisp.
4. Remove excess bacon fat, reserving about 1 tablespoon.
5. Add butter, sweet potatoes, brown sugar and walnuts. Stir over medium heat till sugar is melted.
6. Drizzle butter sauce over lasagna rolls.
7. Cover lightly with aluminum foil and bake for 11-15 minutes or until rolls reach 165°F.
