1. Saute cut plums and butter in medium saucepan for 2-4 minutes
2. Add brown sugar and lemon juice. Stir to mix.
3. Cook lasagna roll ups according to microwave directions.
4. Spoon hot plum sauce over lasagna rolls.
5. Serve each roll topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar, a couple spoons of whipped cream and a sprinkle of almonds.
