Reinvent your Holiday appetizer tray with these refreshing and classy hors d'oeuvres.



Ingredients and Steps


olive oil cooking spray
1 loaf French Baguette Bread (667), thawed

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp garlic salt
12 pcs Jumbo Cooked Tail-Off Shrimp (574), thawed
1 cup cocktail sauce
2 Tbsp diced red pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. Slice bread into 12 slices.

3. Lightly spray both sides with cooking oil then arrange on baking sheet.

4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over half way through cooking time.

5. Blend together cream cheese, 2 Tbsp parsley, lemon and garlic until smooth. Divide and spread mixture over crostini.

6. Top with cocktail sauce and shrimp.

7. Garnish with remaining parsley leaf and red peppers.
