2 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1 meduim zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1/2 bag Oven Roasted Chicken Bites (494), thawed

1/2 bag Six Cheese Tortellini (846), prepared

2 cups chopped spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, basil)
Coarse salt and pepper
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

1. Saute onion, zucchini and chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes.

2. Stir in spinach, tomatoes and tortellini and cook an additional 6-8 minutes,

3. Sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
