9 Blueberry Muffin Starters (956), prepared

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps

1. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze.

2. Dip tops of baked muffins into glaze and allow too dry on baking sheet.

3. Top with lemon zest, if desired, and almonds

Tip: Muffin Tops are easily made with our starter batter by simply placing on sprayed baking pan and baking according to package instructions for muffins.
