Pile shreds of our lightly smoked pulled pork on corn chips and smother with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients and Steps


1 small bag corn chips
2 cups Pulled Pork (427), prepared
2 cups assorted diced or sliced toppings (green or red peppers, tomatoes, onions, black olives)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers


1. Pour corn chips onto a large platter.

2. Top with prepared pulled pork and desired toppings like chopped green onions, red or green peppers, tomatoes and sliced black olives.

3. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and spoonfuls of sour cream.
