1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup jalapeno jelly

Steps

1. Mix together all ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

2. Process using a food processor until semi-smooth.
