Ingredients and Steps


1 pkg Pulled Pork (427), thawed
1 medium peach, diced
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Cajun or chili powder
1/4 cup bourbon
4 ciabatta buns, split


1. Mix together pork, peaches, BBQ sauce, brown sugar and spices.

2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Stir in bourbon and bring to a boil.

4. Serve sandwich open-faced or in bun
