An easy elegant entree smothered with a garlic flavored florintine sauce then topped with fresh tomto and a crunchy savory breadcrumb.

Lasagna Roll Ups (400), Micro-Bake prepared

1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh chopped spinach
1 medium tomoto, sliced
1 cups bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp dried basil

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

2. Stir together Alfredo, garlic and spinach.

3. Cook lasagna rolls according to Micro-Bake instructions and top with spinach Alfredo sauce.

4. Garnish with fresh tomato and Parmesan bread crumbs.

5. Broil  2-3 minutes to crisp crumbs and lightly brown.
