1. Combine ingredients and rub mixture onto desired meat coating the top, bottom and sides.
2. Grill according to desired doneness.

Kansas City Rub-brown sugar is the main ingredient mixed with paprika, coarse salt & pepper, some chili, garlic and onion powder. Add a hint of heat with a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Herb Rub-Mix herbs like rosemary, thyme, parsley with minced onion and garlic powder and some coarse salt & pepper.
Mole Rub-Coarse salt & pepper with some chili powder and a spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, brown sugar and a hint of cinnamon.
