1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill cakes in covered grill on lightly sprayed foil tray for 6-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp. Use thermometer to check to make sure they reach 160° F.
Tip: Serve sandwich style with a spicy Thai curry sauce or on a bed of slaw/salad greens with a creamy tangy dressing.
