1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Make 2 individual aluminum foil pouches.
3. Place chicken, peppers and onions into foil pouches.
4. Fold foil up and double fold to seas edges.
5. Grill each pouch 18-20 minutes. Use a thermometer to ensure pouches reach 165°F.
6. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
