1. Combine vinegar, oil, Worcestershire, Tabasco™, sugar, wine and salt to make a marinade.
2. Place meat and marinade into sturdy plastic bag or glass dish.
3. Marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
4. Skewer 3 portions of meat with 3-4 pieces of desired cut vegetables.
5. Prepare kabobs according to package instructions.
Tip: Once meat is removed from marinade, a glaze can be made by adding 1/4 cup sugar and bringing to a full boil.
