1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Mix together berries, sugar, tapioca and place in aluminum foil pouch.
3. Cook berries on grill 10-14 minutes or until slightly thick.
4. Grill crust 8-10 minutes on each side. Cool slightly.
5. Whisk cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
6.. Spread over crust and top with berries.
Tip: A foil pouch is easily made with heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle prepared pizza with sliced almonds and powdered sugar, if desired.
