2 Starter Crust (671), slightly thawed
1/2 cup Pimento stuffed olives
1/2 cup Kalamata or black olives
1 roasted red peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 lb thin sliced ham
1/4 lb capocollo ham or salami
1/4 lb sliced smoked turkey
1/2 lb sliced smoked mozzarella
1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Mix and finely chop olives, roasted pepper and garlic to make a relish.

3. Layer crust with the relish mixture, then the meat and cheese leaving a 1-inch edge.

4. Brush outer edge of crust with water.

5. Place second crust on top and pinch to seal.

6. Brush top of crust with olive oil and egg mixture.

7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown.

8. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
