1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Brush 1 Tbsp butter over bottom and sides of nonstick loaf pan.
3. Place cheese into a small bowl.
4. Slice crust into 2x2-inch pieces using a pizza cutter.
5. Coat each piece with remaining butter then sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning, if desired.
6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
7. Serve warm with sauce, if desired.
