Asian flavors of soy, saki, ginger and a hint of sweetness in the Teriyaki sauce blend excellent with the meatballs and tart pineapple.

Grilling these kabob creates a light sweet glaze.



Ingredients and Steps


2 medium bell peppers
1 medium red onion
1/2 fresh pineapple
1 bag Italian Style Meatballs (432), thawed

Buy this ingredient

1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
16-20 small wooden skewers


1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. Cut peppers onion and pineapple into 1-1 ½ inch pieces.

3. Skewer three meatballs with alternating peppers, onions and pineapple pieces.

4. Place skewers on grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

5. Brush kabobs with teriyaki sauce during last 5 minutes of grilling

Tip: Also great brushed with a Sweet Chili Sauce instead of the Teriyaki.
