1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Pour rice into 8x8-inch casserole dish.
3. Combine soup and cream and pour over rice.
4. Arrange broccoli pieces over the top and cover loosely with foil.
5. Bake 45 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
6. Serve with enclosed dinner rolls.
Tip: For a crunchy topping, uncover for the last 10 minutes of baking and sprinkle with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
