1 Tbsp diced red onion
1 Tbsp diced cucumber
2 Tbsp diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp Italian vinaigrette dressing
2 portions Philly Style Chicken (433), prepared

1 pita bread, halved

Steps

1. Combine olives, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta and dressing.

2. Fill pita halves with chicken.

3. Top chicken with olive mixture.

Tip: Also great served as a chopped salad with sliced pita wedges on the side.
