1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp enchilada sauce
4 oz shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 can (4 oz) diced green chile peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, minced

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine ingredient and place into a baking dish.

3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly

 Tip: Use rubber gloves to clean and mince jalepeno peppers.
