Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare chicken according to package instruction,adding peppers and onion during the last 4-5 minutes of cooking.
3. Fill sliced bread with chicken and onion mixture.
4. Arrange mozzarella cheese over vegetables.
5. Heat in oven 7-10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Tip: Sandwiches can also be made ahead by filling with prepared and chilled ingredients. Wrap in foil. refrigerate and heat in oven till hot. Serve sauce like BBQ, S&Sour, Sweet Chili or Honey Mustard on the side.
