2-3 gherkin pickles, diced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup diced capers
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
4 Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes (593), prepared

Steps

1. Combine mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, capers and mustard. Mix well.

2. Pour into a small bowl, chill and serve.

Tip: Additional flavor variations can be added like paprika, herbs, horseradish or curry
