4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream (204), softened

1/2 carton 100% Orange Juice Fortified with Calcium (720), thawed

Buy this ingredient

1/2 cup brandy (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon & nutmeg
1 can (12 oz) ginger ale, club soda or lime soda

Steps

Serve Cold:
1. Stir together ice cream, orange juice, brandy, if desired, and spices in a large pitcher.

2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Pour ginger ale slowly into mixture just before serving.

4. Pour into wine glassed with a pinch of extra cinnamon or nutmeg on top.

Serve Hot: Simply mix all ingredients, heat and serve in a mug or sturdy glass.
