2 cups wild rice pilaf
3 Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Patties (460), thawed and diced

1 crisp apple (McIntosh or Granny Smith), diced
2 cups unseasoned bread stuffing
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 eggs


1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Combine rice, sausage, apple, bread and seasoning.

3. Whisk eggs and fold into rice mixture.

4. Pour into casserole dish lightly sprayed with vegetable oil.

5. Bake for 45 minutes.

Tip: For fun individual servings, bake stuffing in muffin cups or great as a stuffing for your turkey or chicken.
