1. Sauté onion in butter for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add corn and bacon. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir together cream, broth and flour.
4. Pour cream mixture into corn and bring to boil. Simmer on low 10-12 minute until sauce thickens.
5. Stir in pepper, Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
