1/4 cup diced onions
1 Tbsp butter
4 cups Super Sweet Cut Corn (773), frozen

4 slices Fully Cooked Bacon Slices (811), prepared & crumbled

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley


1. Sauté onion in butter for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add corn and bacon. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes.

3. Stir together cream, broth and flour.

4. Pour cream mixture into corn and bring to boil. Simmer on low 10-12 minute until sauce thickens.

5. Stir in pepper, Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
