1. Stir together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
2. Spread over baked and cooled starter crust.
3. Arrange pieces of fruits in a decorative pattern.
Tip: Use a prepared strawberry flavored glaze as the base instead of the cream cheese. Canned, drained fruit (pineapple, Mandarin oranges, peaches) are also good.
Garnish with fresh mint or sliced almonds.
