Simply delicious!  Our thick juicy chops work perfect in this set-it-and-forget it dinner. Don't forget the peas..they add a hint of sweetness.


Ingredients and Steps


6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (393), frozen

1/2 bag Roasted Baby Bakers (851), frozen

1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cups Green Peas (766), frozen

1.  Place pork chops on bottom of large (6-8 qt) oval slow cooker.

2.  Arrange potatoes evenly over pork chops.

3.  Combine soup, broth, mustard, onions and pepper.

4.  Pour soup mixture over pork chops and potatoes.

5.  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

6.  Add peas the last 20 minutes of cook time.

 Tip: Stir in a scoop of sour cream for extra flavor.
