1. Place pork chops on bottom of large (6-8 qt) oval slow cooker.
2. Arrange potatoes evenly over pork chops.
3. Combine soup, broth, mustard, onions and pepper.
4. Pour soup mixture over pork chops and potatoes.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
6. Add peas the last 20 minutes of cook time.
Tip: Stir in a scoop of sour cream for extra flavor.
