white wine vinegar or lemon juice

Steps
1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
2. Sauté filets in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-6 minute on each side or until golden brown.
3. Stir in garlic, pesto and sauté 2 minutes.
4. Mix vinegar or lemon juice and cornstarch. Stir into pan with fish.
5. Lower heat to medium and stir in capers and butter.
