Steps
1. Combine beef short ribs, water, soy sauce, five spice and brown sugr in a saucepan.
2. Heat over medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Divide prepared noodles, lettuce and bean sprouts evenly in 4 bowls.
4. Spoon soup and beef over noodle vegetable mix.
Tip: For a hint of heat add some sriracha hot sauce.
