BBQ Piled-High Pork Grilled Sandwich

Excellent, easy and entertaining!

Simply stuff a bun or hoagie with our BBQ pork.  Wrap the sandwich in foil and either grill now or refrigerate until ready to grill. A great make-a-head item so you can stay a-head.


Ingredients and Steps


1 package Pulled Pork (427), prepared
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
6 bakery buns, sliced


1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Combine pork and BBQ and divide mixture over buns. Wrap each into a square peice of heavy foil.

3. Grill for about 14-18 minutes or refrigerate up to a day and grill later.


Tip: After grilling serve sandwich in foil with pickles, sliced onions or creamy cole slaw on the side. To add some heat, have a bottle of saracchi or tobasco sauce ready.
