Enjoy a Southern tradition sandwich made with a better for you coleslaw dressing,  low-fat yogurt or mayonnaise, rice vinegar, a pinch of sugar, sea salt and pepper.

1 pack BBQ Pork (#465), thawed & prepared

2 loaves Multi Grain Loaf (627), cut into 1/2" slices

2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
2 cups shredded cabbage mix
pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp Coarse black pepper

Steps

1. Prepare pork and multi grain bread according to directions.

2. Mix yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to make a dressing.

3. Stir dressing into cabbage.

4. Make open-faced sandwiches with a scoop of hot BBQ pork and coleslaw.

 Tip: You may substitute low-fat mayonnaise for the low-fat yogurt.
