1 pkg Pulled Pork (427), prepared

1 cup BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
2 cups shredded cabbage mix
pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
4 loaves Multi Grain Loaf (627), thawed, sliced and toasted

Steps

1. Mix together pork and BBQ sauce.

2. Combine yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to make a dressing.

3. Stir dressing into cabbage.

4. Make open-faced sandwiches with a scoop of hot BBQ pork and coleslaw.

 Tip: You may substitute low-fat mayonnaise for the low-fat yogurt.
