1. Prepare pork and multi grain bread according to directions.
2. Mix yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
3. Stir dressing into cabbage.
4. Make open-faced sandwiches with a scoop of hot BBQ pork and coleslaw.
Tip: You may substitute low-fat mayonnaise for the low-fat yogurt.
