Ingredients and Steps


1 Tbsp light olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp dry herb mix (dill, chives, parsely)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
4 Blue Hake Fillets "WILD CAUGHT" (520), frozen
1 Tbsp lemon juice


1. Mix olive oil with bread crumbs, herb mix, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

2. Top fish with seasoned crumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F.

3. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
