Steps
1. Saute onions and peppers in olive oil using a non-stick pan over medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
2. Stir in prepared pasta and peas.
3. Mix chicken broth and corn starch in a microwave-safe glass dish.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and microwave an additional minute or until sauce bubbles and looks clear.
5. Stir in cheese and pour over pasta and peas.
