Ingredients and Steps


1 1/4 cup Roasted Peppers and Onions (761), thawed and chopped

1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1 t olive oil
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
4 Salmon Burger (561), prepared

Buy this ingredient

4 large whole wheat buns, slices and toasted


1. Saute onion, peppers and pineapple in olive oil for 5 minutes to soften.

2. Mix in teriyaki sauce, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes.

3. Place prepared salmon burgers on buns and top with sauce. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
