1 bag Hash Brown Shreds (753), frozen

2 cups fat free sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) low fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 cup lowfat milk
pkg (8 oz) low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp each coarse salt and pepper
3/4 cup cornflakes, crushed
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 425oF.

2. Stir together hash browns, sour cream, mushroom soup, milk, cheese, onions, salt and pepper.

3. Pour mixture into 13x9-inch casserole dish lightly sprayed with vegetable oil.

4. Top with crushed corn flakes.

5. Drizzle with melted butter and bake 30-35 minutes.
