Simply stir lean ham and mixed vegetables into our thick sliced Au Gratin potatoes smothered in a rich real cream and cheddar cheese, then top with a delicate pie crust and you've got down-home goodness.


Ingredients and Steps


1 pkg Au Gratin Potatoes (702), thawed
2 cups Mixed Vegetables (769), frozen

1 1/2 cups Spiral Sliced Bone-In Ham (#430), thawed and diced

Buy this ingredient

1 can (10.75oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
1 sheet refrigerated pie crust


1. Preheat oven to 400oF.

2. Mix together the potatoes, vegetables, ham, soup and sour cream.

3. Place mixture into a 9-inch round casserole dish.

4. Cover filling with a pastry dough and pinch the edges to seal.

5. Bake 40-45 minutes or until crust is godlen brown.

Tip: To keep filling from bubbling out,  cut 3-4 slits on top crust before baking.
